It's About Time!

I know, I know...it's been awhile since the last entry so sue me ;)

The Taylors have been busy. We were in Colorado for a whole week and it was wonderful! The flight there was a little crazy. We thought we had planned it perfectly for Liam's morning nap but no luck, he was up and busy and I was walking him up and down the aisle, but all in all, it was manageable. We spent Saturday night in Colorado Springs with Sean's parents and Liam had a blast. So many new and different toys to play with. On Sunday the hubby and I headed up to Breckenridge, sans Master Liam, for some fun in the snow, not to mention sleeping, eating and relaxing. So while we were doing this.....

Liam was doing this......

Spoiled? Yes! And rightly so, how could you not with a face that cute! Yes, your eyes are NOT deceiving you, Liam is up and walking, and not slow! Grams and Gramps have the perfect lllloooonnnngggg hallway to practice and now he thinks he is some pro. At home he doesn't even want help anymore. They have created a monster ;)

The trip back from Colorado really made us reevaluate traveling with junior again....for at least a couple of years. The kid had a crazed look in his eye the whole time and would not stop moving. Again, foolishly, we thought flying out at night, at his bedtime would work in our advantage. Liam had a totally different plan. This kid did not stop moving for the two and a half (felt like 10) hour flight. Seriously! I was giving him a bottle at take off, his eyes are rolling back in his head, but his arms and legs were flailing around at top speed. We had an aisle and middle seat, the lady in the window had a baby the same age but her's was at home. I know when she got home she kissed that little baby a million times saying silent little prayers thanking God for her calm, sleeping, quiet baby. Liam had a very difficult time with landing and the entire plane heard about it. We lucked out in the fact that the mom was in our row, a Grandma was behind us, the man in front of us was very sympathetic, and the flight attendants thought he was the cutest baby ever so his good looks got him into their good graces. We got the bags, got the shuttle to the economy lot, got Liam strapped into his car seat and once we hit the highway he was snoring....as loud as Sean does.

We are back to our regular schedule and looking forward to NY in May for Sean's graduation. Don't worry about us though, Shrams (Sean's Aunt) is flying to Portland to stay with Liam and this is an adult only trip! WE LOVE YOU SHRAMS...more than you can ever imagine!
